Managing maintenance of any kind of residential/ commercial/ retail / apartment tower building by making yearly maintenance contract with client for maintaining Civil/ Plumbing/ Electrical/ Mechanical works/ Lifts/ Generator/ Pumps/ Fire safety equipment/ BMS/ CCTV system etc. and also taking up yearly contract for cleaning works and deploying security guards as well.

JASH PROPERTY & ASSET MANAGEMENT

* Managing any kind of property/ building/ villa/ apartment as care taker by making yearly contract with client to look after the property/ keep the property clean and tidy/ paying relevant authority charges etc./ carry out maintenance works if required etc., for the client who is busy in his own business/ staying in other city/ other state/ other country etc. Complete security against deterioration of property and encroachment from anyone.
